Event Description:
We all hear about time management, but we can’t manage time. We can only manage what we do while time is going along it’s merry-ole’-way. In this workshop, Juli Shulem will teach the actual ‘nuts & bolts’ of TASK Management – which is ultimately what we all think of as Time Management. She will show you tools and give you hands-on experience to learn how to truly master your days and improve your productivity.
You will walk away with the knowledge of how to prioritize, sequence, and time-estimate all that is on that ‘famous and never-ending’ ‘to-do’ list. She will share how to properly use a calendar and how to tie these two tools & concepts together so you can stay on your game (or maybe get in the game for the first time!). She will provide a download at the beginning of the meeting – so be ready to print it out right away.

Productivity Coach & Industrial Organizational Psychologist
Juli Shulem is an Executive Productivity Coach working with people wanting better productivity and effectiveness in their personal and professional lives. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology allowing her the opportunity to work in corporate environments focusing on leadership and efficiency. She has assisted thousands of clients change the way they go about their day to improve balance, reduce stress and overwhelm, and improve relationships in order to become the productive person they long to be. Her additional specialty is helping adults dealing with distractibility, focusing issues, and challenges living with ADHD.
In addition to coaching, she is an Author & Speaker. Her most recent book is an eBook entitled “Order! A Logical Approach to an Organized Way of Life” and she has published two other books in this space. She has spoken at conferences on organizing for the non-neurotypical brain, and within organizations training on task management and productivity within teams.

ICF Georgia is excited to offer 5 meetings in 2022 for the newly formed Leadership Community of Practice. Mark your calendars for the upcoming 3 meetings on 5/19; 8/25; and 10/27.
The Leadership Community of Practice (CP) supports coaching in the leadership sector by providing targeted resources, professional development and networking opportunities for internal and external coaches and others interested in leadership coaching.
The Leadership CP is open to all coaches interested in coaching leaders at executive, mid-level, and emerging leader levels. Also open to coaches interested in growing their leadership skills as leaders within an organization and/or running their coaching business.
