Hosted by Dr. Kiki Ramsey
Dr. Kiki Ramsey is a Positive Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Assistant Professor at Life University. She founded The Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute (PPCaDI) and developed the Positively Diverse Leadership approach. As an executive coach and international keynote speaker, Dr. Kiki has worked with Fortune 500 companies and top executives. She is the author of Get Courageous Now and holds advanced degrees in Social Work, Positive Psychology Coaching, and Business Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Certified in Gallup Clifton Strengths, she uses a strengths-based approach in her coaching. Originally from the Netherlands, Alette enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with loved ones.
