Meet the Speaker: Dr. Jim Robey, MCC
Dr. Jim Robey, a Master Certified Coach with over two decades of experience, is passionate about empowering leaders and fellow coaches to expand their effectiveness, resilience, and impact. He brings a global perspective shaped by years of working across cultures, sectors, and systems—including nonprofit, governmental, business, and faith-based organizations.
Jim holds a Doctorate from Emory University and is a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute’s esteemed Leadership Program. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), and inaugural graduate of the PQ Mastery Program. These credentials equip him with evidence-based tools to support mental fitness, leadership development, and transformational change, especially in complex, high-stakes environments today.
Jim’s work is grounded in deep listening, systemic insight, and a commitment to human-centered leadership.
