Coaching the Spark: A Strengths-Based Approach to Reigniting Play and Possibility in Multipassionate Clients

Multipassionate clients often enter coaching overwhelmed by options, unsure how to prioritize their passions without losing parts of themselves in the process. Many have spent years over-performing, under-playing, and trying to “pick a lane”—silencing their creativity in the name of productivity or choosing clarity at the cost of authenticity. This session invites coaches to explore how play, strengths, and possibility can be powerful tools to evoke awareness and guide clients back to themselves. We’ll explore practical strategies to help clients reconnect with joy, reframe complexity as a strength, and design lives that honor their full range of talents—not just their productivity. Coaches will also reflect on their own presence, examining how to hold space for non-linear growth, creative exploration, and the spark that drives authentic transformation.

1. Recognize the unique mindset and challenges of multipassionate clients—and how to reframe their complexity as a source of strength, not confusion.

2. Apply a strengths-based lens to help clients integrate their passions, align with their values, and reconnect with what brings them energy and joy.

3. Use play and curiosity as coaching tools to evoke awareness, uncover hidden desires, and explore identity beyond productivity or performance.

4. Strengthen your coaching presence and mindset to better support non-linear growth, reduce pressure to “solve,” and hold space for the complex inner worlds of high-achieving, multipassionate clients.
