Fishbowl Coaching!

Let's practice and refine our coaching skills with our fellow ICF coaches. We will use the laser-focused coaching method to work in triads and practice coaching. Topics will be suggested but members are free to choose their topics. Feedback exchange in small and large groups will enhance our coaching skills.

Event Schedule
7:15-7:30 pm - Meet and greet, 5-minute overview of laser coaching
7:30-8:15 pm – Triads (Coach/Client/Observer)
8:15-8:30 pm - Wrap up in larger group by Moderator

CCEs: Attendees who attend the full session will be awarded 1 CCE in Core Competencies.
