Coaching Super-vision:
The Missing Piece
Learn how super-vision bridges the gap between coaching and mentor coaching, focusing on exploring and understanding the relationships between coach and client rather than offering solutions. This reflective practice emphasizes evoking awareness and treating the supervisor as a thought partner. It fosters an intimate relationship where the process is less about reaching a destination or accomplishing a goal, and more about investigating and understanding the dynamics at play.
Learning objectives
1. Coaching Super-Vision is a modality that specifically pertains to the coach.
2. All Core Competencies are involved/impacted.
3. Coaching Super-Vision is a space for personal/professional development, to include reflection and introspection.
