Join us at The Big ICF-GA March VIRTUAL Meeting featuring Rachelle Stone.

Event Description:

As a coach, we partner and support our clients through their life’s challenges and goals, helping them design and live their optimum life. Often, stress, work/life balance, and boundaries are topics that we as a coach, partner with our client to navigate through better management.

But how are you as a coach managing your own stress? Are you walking the talk you have with your clients or simply giving lip service? Unmanaged stress can lead to languishing, burnout and even depression if not properly managed. Let’s be fair and honest here, as coaches, many of us are wearing multiple hats to make ends meet — and we do so often at the expense of our own wellbeing.

Today, fellow coach and burnout survivor Rachelle Stone will lead a conversation with us around stress and burnout. What to look for in yourself and others, what you can expect if you choose to do nothing about it, and valuable tools to support both you as a coach, and your clients, in better managing that stress so you don’t burn out. Rachelle will close out our time together taking us through a boundary setting exercise for your toolbox and open Q&A.

Learning outcomes:

  1. You will gain a clear understanding of exactly what burnout is, and its potential cost to you (and your clients) mentally, physically and financially.
  2. You will learn to recognize how unmanaged stress shows up in yourself as a coach, and, what to look for in your clients so you can better support them.
  3. You will receive a Gainers and Drainers tool to support yourself and clients in better managing stress in order to avoid burning out.
  4. You will be walked through a boundary setting exercise for your toolbox along with practicing saying / setting boundaries with others.

Rachelle is Brené Brown Dare to Lead ™ trained, a Certified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness ™ coach, and, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach.
