Are you an experienced coach looking to develop

your coaching business? Join the BD CP meeting!

This CP is recommended for coaches running their

coaching businesses who already have clients and are looking to connect and collaborate with other coaches on business development: any activity that helps coaching businesses add even more value, scale, and grow.

Business Development Description:

Are you an experienced coach running a coaching business?  Have you achieved your initial goals for your business and are looking to the future? Are you happy with the way things have been going but ready to consider what could be next? Join the business development meeting!

A community of practice (CP) for business development can be an excellent resource to collaborate, commiserate, and learn from other experienced coaching businesses. In this community, you can connect with peers who are at similar stages in their coaching careers and exchange valuable insights, tips, and resources.

Business Development CP members can learn from each other's experiences, challenges, lessons learned, wins, questions, and goals. This is a space where we can brainstorm and innovate in a collaborative environment. We lift each other up as business owners and hold each other accountable to our goals and strategies.

Business Development CP can also offer a safe space for coaches to ask questions, get feedback, and share their challenges without fear of judgment. This community can be an invaluable resource for professional development, knowledge sharing, and support. By fostering a supportive community, we can help all of our coaching businesses to thrive and contribute positively to the coaching profession.

Goals:

  • Provide support in setting and achieving your goals for your coaching business

  • Discuss and get input and ideas on BD strategies

  • Share resources and knowledge

  • Provide feedback and accountability

  • Create a network of fellow coaching businesses
